In June, 2010 I got approval to offer my clients property managment services. Over the last several years, The Kestner Team sold over 150 homes to out-of-state buyers purchasing real estate as an investment. I’ve maintained contact with those investors and discovered I could service our clients best by offering them property management services from someone they already know – the agent that sold them the property. With 20 years previous experience in property management it only makes sense to offer this service. My goal is to provide better service for less in an effort to help my client achieve their personal goal.
