Nashville, TN and the surrounding areas are always popping up on every list around the country. From "Friendliest Places To Live," to "Best Places for Businesses and Careers," Nashville is always in the running.
 Our area continues to grow and new projects are coming online every day. In downtown Nashville, we have several new condominium buildings under construction and many ready for occupancy. We are all eagerly awaiting the completion of The Signature Tower downtown. Once built, it will be the tallest building in the Southeast United States.
The Franklin/Cool Springs Area continues to grow, as well. The Cool Springs Galleria is expecting a new outdoor shopping expansion within the next year. Also, we just welcomed Nissan's North American Headquarters to the area. With the new Nissan office building, the area has also begun to develop a new exit from the interstate, making room for more retail, office, and residential development that has already begun.
