Real estate is an investment – whether a single family home or an office building – the property is an “investment” to the owner.  Do you want a real estate agent that manages property “on the side” taking care of your investment?  Or would you rather have a well rounded real estate agent that has embedded herself in the industry and has 20 years of management experience?   Real estate is my career and I’ve made it my investment.   The designations I have achieved didn’t come easy – some required certain levels of experience, some a certain number of sales, some were very time consuming, some were extremely difficult and some very costly.  All require continuing education and annual fees.   I am embedded in the industry.  I achieved these designations so that I could provide my clients with the experience and knowledge they expect and deserve

·          Quarterly inspections,

·          No big overhead fees tacked onto repair expenses,

·          Key control procedures to protect against unauthorized entry

·          End of year reports

·          1099’s to assist with tax preparation

·          Tenant background screening which includes sex offender search

·          Collection of appropriate deposits

·          Assistance in setting an appropriate rental rate

My background in management allows me to see every house as an “investment”.   I can analyze your property to let you know how long you’ll need to keep it to make a profit, help you determine if re-financing is an option, and help you determine if renting is a good option for you.   If you need to move on with your life, renting your home may be the answer for you.
